COURSE OVERVIEW

The three years Undergraduate Programme in Fashion Styling is an industry integrated course designed for those seeking professional training in fashion styling at an undergraduate level. Taught by industry professionals, this in-depth course covers all aspects of the styling & imagemaking, from editorial and commercial styling to personal and celebrity styling, enabling students to develop a professional understanding and the skills required to pursue a successful career.

Students have the option to pursue three years in India or progress to UK or UAE for a final year degree award.

With a curriculum that covers everything from global fashion trends, creative thinking, styling and fashion history to graphic & web design, digital imaging, AI & tech and business management, students receive a well-rounded education. The program includes multiple shoots and master projects at the end of Year 1 and Year 2, ensuring that students build a strong portfolio and a substantial body of work.

OPTION OF YEAR 3 OR SEMESTER OVERSEAS

FAD International aims at giving students a truly global experience of learning. Students can transfer to Year Three in the UK or UAE to complete their Bachelors degree in Fashion Styling / Fashion Business, or pursue a semester at various universities subject to portfolio evaluation and visa issuance to study overseas.

Faculties from universities visit FAD International to facilitate students seeking admissions for the same through the year. Contact the Creative Universities Application Centre at FAD International Academy for details and any assistance on UG / PG Applications to over 40 universities.

FAD EUROPE TOUR

The Europe tour gives students an exquisite opportunity to visit some of the world’s gilt-edged fashion capitals, namely -  London, Milan & Paris, for fashion events and guest lectures at leading fashion universities. Students immerse themselves in private visits to ateliers, fashion shows & exhibits as well as masterclasses in fashion and luxury by leading industry professionals. Students achieve both a professional and an unparalleled academic experience providing a platform to work on a global level on completion of the course.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

12th ​Passouts / A Level / IB Diploma or equivalent. ​Students having passed 10th, O Levels or equivalent with a Foundation in Art & Design will be considered based on a portfolio review.

QUALIFICATION HONORED

Three Years Undergraduate Programme in Fashion Styling by FAD International.

YEAR 3 SPECIALISATION IN UK OR UAE (OPTIONAL)

In addition to the above mentioned qualifications the students who choose to specialize in UK or UAE will also be awarded a Bachelors Degree in Fashion Design or Bachelors Degree in Fashion Styling / Fashion Business by participating top universities.

CAREER PROGRESSION

Students can work as Stylists for Celebrity, TV & Film, Publications, Advertising, Retail, Personal Shopper, Wardrobe Consultant. Student can also explore roles such as Fashion Marketer, Fashion Buyer, Fashion Communicator, Fashion & Lifestyle Journalist, Art Director, Fashion Consultant & more.
